What is a bail plan?

Documents that support a bail plan
- Lease agreement or letter from property owner confirming the residence address
- Letter from employer confirming employment and hours
- Confirmation of enrollment in a treatment or counselling program
- Character reference letters from community members
- Proof of surety's identity, address, and assets
- Any documentation of ties to community (children, medical appointments, etc.)
